Warranty

You wisely bought a Part from Hazers, now what?

1.  Pick Up Your Part

2. Buy an Extended Warranty with your Part

3. If Shipped, Get Shipping Insurance

4. Install Your Part

To make your life as easy as possible, follow OEM Guidelines.

You want to have an experienced mechanic working on your vehicle.  Try to find an ASE certified mechanic.   The Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) requirements and guidelines are the standard that will get you the best outcome and allow Hazers to always warranty. Not following OEM requirements and guidelines will void your warranty if that is the reason the part went bad.  We know that sometimes you won't follow all OEM guidelines, and we are still willing to work with you on this but please know that this may void your warranty so it is important that you have an experienced mechanic who knows what to do and not do for your vehicle.

For the warranty of your powertrain part to stay valid, especially for extended warranties, you need to keep records of the maintenance performed on your vehicle.  The maintenance needs to follow the requirements of your vehicle's manufacturer.  It should at a minimum include oil changes, service-interval maintenances from your owner's manual, and work done for manufacturer recalls.

Install your Part

Verify the part and its condition with your mechanic before installation and compare against the notes on your invoice.  Plan out the major steps of your install, this will save you a possible headache later.
